Schedule: 7.5 hour shifts ranging from 5am to 6:45pm

• Food Preparation:
  Prepare food and baked goods following daily assignments; maintain sufficient supplies of hot and cold foods for daily needs; assist Senior Cook in food preparation as requested.
• Customer Service:
  Demonstrate excellent level of customer service, assist as needed, and answer any questions to the best of your ability.
• Documentation:
  Follow all departmental HAACP procedures including logging of all temperatures.
• Sanitation:
  Ensure all equipment used is cleaned to code standards.
• Maintain sufficient supplies of hot and cold foods for daily needs.
• Assist Senior Cook in food preparation as requested.
• Follow all departmental HAACP procedures including logging of all temperatures. Clean all equipment used in accordance with New York State Sanitation Code, Chapter 1, Part 14.
• Responsible for attending all scheduled meetings and retaining all in‑service information requested.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–4 years previous experience in related field

M – Medium Work – Exerting 20‑50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10‑25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

$17.50 – $21.58
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full‑time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
