- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design).
- Work with the systems and success framework that will be provided to you.

- Meet individual sales quotas.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.

- Perform additional store associate duties as needed.
- Report to store sales assistant manager.
