Store Manager - The Mall at Greece Ridge

Responsibilities
  • Fully immerse yourself in the brand, culture, and products while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and driving sales.
  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
  • Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
  • Achieve commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) and set new records.
  • Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
  • Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.
  • Engage and foster lasting connections beyond transactions, creating loyal fans.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, including seasonal and core hiring for key positions.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
  • Carry out all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
  • Results‑oriented leadership with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Talent magnet with experience recruiting, retaining, and developing teams and planning succession.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
  • At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Work Schedule &

Physical Requirements

Flexible shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work are required.

Salary

$58,500 – $73,000 commensurate with experience.
