Retail Sales Associate – Floor & Decor.

Floor & Decor’s Sales Associates play a key role in continuously providing customers with friendly, accurate service and support in finding products to complete their project.

Our Sales Associates contribute to a fast‑paced, safe environment by keeping sales departments clean and well stocked. If you love to learn and have a passion for helping others, come join us on our sales floor.

$16.50 – $21.00

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite them about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain the in‑stock condition of assigned areas and keep it clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card acceptance procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs; stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Act consistently with the company’s core values.
• Adhere to the company’s safety processes.
• Answer telephone per company guidelines.
• Assists in other store areas as needed.
• Work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certification.
• Where permissible, heavy equipment certification requires drug testing.

• Occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles; noise typically quiet to moderate.

• Ability to exert 30–60 pounds occasionally, 20–30 pounds frequently, or up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
