Parts Runner; Scottsville, NY

JOB TITLE: PARTS RUNNER

LOCATION: Scottsville, NY/ Maple Street (Rochester, NY)

SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

COMPENSATION: $16–$20 per hour

REPORTS TO: Parts Manager (Scottsville Shop)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Runner to support daily operations by transporting parts between vendor locations and our Scottsville and Maple Street facilities. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, timely delivery and organization of parts to keep our shop running efficiently.

• Pick up and deliver parts to and from vendors and company locations
• Verify that all received parts match purchase orders and are correct upon pickup
• Organize and store parts in designated areas upon arrival
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor
• Keep company vehicles clean and in good conditions.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Strong organizational skills
• Effective time management
• Clear communication skills
• High attention to detail

This is a full time position.
