Retail Worker | Training Camp

We are looking for Retail Workers to join our team n Fisher in Rochester, NY for Buffalo Bills Training Camp. As a Retail Worker, you will create a fun, welcoming environment while engaging guests with personalized sales recommendations and take ownership of merchandise presentation, inventory, and overall operational excellence. • Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base
• Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations
• Create an exciting, positive, and welcoming environment for our diverse team and fan base
• Warmly greet guests, assess their needs, and confidently make personalized sales recommendations
• Take ownership of cleaning, restocking, and other assigned duties to maintain a high standard of appearance and readiness
• Promote merchandise by suggesting complementary and add-on items to maximize sales
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and proper use to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain organized merchandise displays, accurate inventory counts, and assist with inventory management as needed
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.

Competitive salary starting at $17/hour commensurate with experience.

• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 75 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold
