As a Customer Service Teammate, you’ll help our customers care for their cars—explaining options, preparing and loading cars, assisting with self‑cleaning, and maintaining car washes and sites to ensure a superior, clean experience.

• Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers
• Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety
• Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time

• Be at least 16 years old
• Verify you can work in the US

Teammates in this role typically earn a base pay of $16.00 – $18.00 per hour. Also, teammates average an additional $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
