Store Associate

The Retail Store Associate role is a customer‑focused position within CVS Health’s retail network. You will work both independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional service, managing transactions, maintaining the sales floor, supporting pharmacy operations, and promoting CVS services.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks and credit cards while following company policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities when required.
• Assist all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they remain stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as opportunities for growth.
• Advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs that align with our mission.

• Remain upright on feet, especially for sustained periods.
• Lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally; up to 10 lbs frequently; minimal force regularly for moving objects, including overhead lifting.
• Maintain visual acuity to perform tasks such as operating a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small details.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required)

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour (actual offer subject to experience, education, geography and other factors)
