Our Retail Associate Managers (RAMs) act as brand ambassadors, bringing energy, excitement, and a strong focus on customer needs.

• Help customers resume their shopping journey, whether online or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.
• Become proficient in digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and device/account troubleshooting.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and system knowledge.
• Build relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
• Identify and handoff small business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships and maintain a positive work environment.

• Leadership skills and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to lead a team, share best practices, and resolve customer issues.
• Effective operational, financial, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and customers.
• Prior wireless sales experience is required.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full‑time commitment (40 hours per week).
