Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the Store Team Leader in processing and merchandising donations and new merchandise. The role requires managing production, achieving goals, and coordinating with the Donated Goods Retail Administration team to uphold the organization's mission and values.
You will train staff, adjust production plans with leadership, and ensure safety and orderly store operations. Must be ready to work evenings and weekends as required.
