- Compensation Range: $17.00 - $22.10 per hour
Provides excellent customer service to patients, employees, and guests, and is responsible for serving customers food and coffee in a clean and welcoming environment.
Essential Functions- Provides excellent customer service to all customers.
- Creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provides goods and services based on customer requests.
- Works with the management team to source products to be sold.
- Completes daily, weekly, and monthly inventory to determine needs and places orders accordingly.
- Communicates with vendors as needed to maintain proper supply of products.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Follows proper safety standards in accordance with regulatory and University guidelines.
- Stocks all areas using proper HACCP procedures and rotates products accordingly.
- Completes all mandatory training as required.
- May train and/or mentor new or lower-level staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience- High School diploma and 1 year of service or customer service experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to work well with others and the public.
- Serv‑Safe food certificate upon hire preferred.
