The Food & Beverage team enablesa consistent experience for our guests by ensuringproductis fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are expertsofoperations,processand efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation,pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food&Beverage areas of the store.

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-firstand freshnessculture inFood &Beverage

• Food & Beverage business fundamentals, including sales trends, inventory, quality and freshness management,andguest shopping patterns

• Understanding food seasonality, freshness and quality, food safety standards and routines, and merchandising

• Working with a dynamic and fast-paced team focused onthe guest experience and routinely executing the Food & Beverage Standards and best practices through individual Assignment Sheetsand task execution.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:

• Greet:

• 10ft: be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave

• 4ft: greet the guest, smile andinitiatea warm, helpful interaction

• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience

• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you

• Actively support team efforts andassistpeers in other areas whilemaintaininga positive and respectful attitude

• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.

• Uphold andmaintainthe execution of the Food&Beverage Standards.

• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries,replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocksroutines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning,signingandorganizing and storing reserveproduct.

• Follow all food safety requirements asoutlinedin Target’s policies and procedures.

• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.

• Work with vendors to proactively set,maintain and make planned changes tosalesfloormerchandise displays and to keep organized backroom space.

• Locate andidentifydamaged,recalledor expired items andprocessaccording to Target’s policies and procedures.

• Execute all federal,stateand localadult beveragelaws as they apply to your business.

• Appropriately use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.

• Alwaysdemonstratea culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance.

• Work in a safe mannerat all times;comply withall safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.

• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) andmaintaina compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

• All other dutiesbasedon business needs.
