Inside Sales Representative
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your sales skills to engage with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive sales growth. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales.
PositionResponsibilities include:
- Utilize Connect Wise Manage to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain current relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Participate in negotiation processes to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reaching or exceeding quota.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client preferences to support business development initiatives.
- Must be able to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills using knowledge and experience.
- Must understand the business challenges of clients and relate affiliated solutions to solve those business problems.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Proven experience in Connect Wise Manage.
- 3-5 years experience with recent experience selling to business.
- Experience in selling technology solutions and professional services.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to learn new products and processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple accounts.
- Knowledge of business development strategies and marketing principles.
- Experience in outbound calling and lead generation techniques.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
- Normal demands associated with an office environment.
- Ability to work on computer for long periods.
- Ability to communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face.
- Some travel may be required.
