About the Role
WROC/Rochester First is hiring a Sales Account Executive to join our award-winning team. With the credibility and strength of our 75-year trusted brand, WROC/Rochester First is Rochester, NY's universal local source for news, weather, and information across all platforms.
COMPENSATION: $32,240 guarantee + commission and bonus first 12-months, commission + bonus after first 12-months.
Requirements- Sales experience and/or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
- Ideal candidate has at least one year's experience in sales, preferably in the media field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Experience achieving long-range objectives and implementing the strategies and actions to achieve them
- Knowledge of CRM systems, research tools, and order creation/entry programs a plus
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work extended hours, as needed
