Responsibilities
  • Achieve unit and revenue expectations through targeted sales efforts
  • Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities using the company’s CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with new prospects via phone and email campaigns
  • Identify customer needs and present solutions to key stakeholders to drive revenue and market share
  • Address and escalate client concerns as necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2 years of experience in relevant Sales/Marketing
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to meet unit and revenue expectations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience in consultative sales or business development
  • Familiarity with HR technology products and services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings and training
