Sales Representative – IT & Security Solutions

Join a fast-growing technology provider delivering IT services, cybersecurity, and physical security solutions to businesses across the region. The team focuses on long‑term client relationships, quality expertise, and hands‑on support that protects people, infrastructure, and data.

Position Summary

Seeking a driven, hungry Sales Representative who wants to break into tech and security sales. This role is built for someone with strong ambition, natural people skills, and a willingness to learn fast. You’ll be trained on how to prospect, assess client needs, understand IT/security solutions, and build a pipeline from scratch — with the support of an experienced technical and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and local visits
  • Learn how to conduct discovery calls and onsite walk‑throughs to understand client needs
  • Shadow engineers and senior sales staff to understand IT services, cybersecurity offerings, and physical security systems
  • Build and present basic proposals with team support
  • Manage a growing pipeline and learn the full sales process: quoting, forecasting, negotiation, and closing
  • Maintain CRM activity and follow‑up discipline
  • Continuously build product knowledge around IT, cybersecurity, access control, and video systems
  • Meet activity goals and work toward hitting quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • B2B or customer‑facing sales experience
  • Coachable, self‑motivated, and willing to work hard to develop into a full‑cycle sales rep
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport
  • Interest in technology, IT services, or security solutions
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to tech, IT, security systems, or managed services (not required — will train)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
Compensation & Growth
  • Base salary +
    uncapped commission
