About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales and Engineering Coordinator to support our sales operations and defense sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a keen ability to interpret technical documentation. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to facilitate quotations, project launches, and ongoing sales objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist sales operations and defense team in managing defense sales and related projects.
• Interpret engineering drawings and customer requirement documents to ensure accurate quotes and project execution.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, tooling, and customers to support new project launches.
• Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports and other operational objectives.
• Provide technical insight and support throughout the sales process.

We would love to hear from you if:

• Minimum 4-year engineering degree required.
• Experience in sales and quote preparation preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and customer requirement documents.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing or sales support role preferred.

Travel: 25%

Pay Range:$65,000-$80,000/yr
