About the Role

The US Home Pro is looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Marketing & Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and wants their income to reflect their effort.

In this role, you’ll connect with Home Depot customers in-store, generate leads for our home improvement services, and help turn everyday conversations into real sales opportunities. If you’re outgoing, goal-driven, and ready to grow, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Engage customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate services
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete product/service information
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Follow established communication guidelines and policies to ensure service consistency
  • Proactively engage customers and secure sales opportunities
  • Participate in weekend promotional events and giveaways (coffee, donuts, hot dogs, ice cream, etc.) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
