Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts in your territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities based on market trends and customer needs
- Promote innovative products and solutions from our manufacturers
- Communicate effectively in both one-on-one and group settings
- Lead productive meetings, document key takeaways, and follow up on action items
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams
- Act as a trusted resource for product and industry insights
- Serve as a liaison between manufacturers, distributors, customers, and global sales channels
- Deliver professional sales presentations and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering is required
- 0-5 years of professional work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Must have a personal vehicle for required local travel within territory; occasional overnight travel
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
