Territory Manager - Infusion Therapies and Platforms; Rochester​/Buffalo, NY

Territory Manager for the Infusion Therapies and Platform team based in Buffalo or Rochester, New York. The role represents Baxter and its products to healthcare professionals in the New York market, focusing on Medication Delivery, Pharma, and Nutrition portfolios.

• Achieve sales quotas across Baxter’s Pharma, Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, and Fluid Therapy products.
• Implement sales strategies and execute business plans to meet volume, product mix, and profit objectives.
• Call on acute‑care hospital customers, deliver presentations, and provide product information, demonstrations, and education.
• Partner closely with Infusion Systems and broader Baxter team to achieve goals.
• Protect, service, and grow the existing customer base.
• Manage and optimize Baxter’s GPO contracts.
• Serve as a resource for market information to management and marketing teams.

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Preferably three years of medical/hospital sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to support effective sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel to both remote and urban locations, independently or with other personnel.
• Proven sales performance, a strong team orientation, and solid organizational skills.

Base salary range: $96,000 – $132,000 annually, with additional sales incentive compensation based on performance.
