Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Director. The role involves overseeing sales operations in an assigned region, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Core responsibilities include managing and mentoring a sales team, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align on business objectives. The Regional Sales Director will also manage customer service initiatives to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
