The salary range for this role, based in Dallas, is $ to $. The range may vary if the role is outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary As a State Director at Pernod Ricard USA, you’ll lead strategic initiatives to grow our diverse portfolio of spirits, RTDs, wine, and champagne across assigned states.

This role offers the opportunity to shape market performance, foster strong distributor partnerships, and drive category leadership. You’ll play a pivotal role in pricing execution, forecasting, and transformational projects that impact the entire state-level business.

What you’ll do Distributor Leadership & Market Execution Own Liquor Control Board relationships and lead distributor partners to execute state-level strategies for Pernod Ricard USA’s full portfolio.

Align distributors to performance goals and KPIs, ensuring execution of programming and compliance with service standards.

Utilize data dashboards and digital tools to track progress, inform decisions, and optimize distributor performance.

State Strategy, Pricing & Forecasting Drive pricing execution, demand forecasting, and financial performance within established guardrails.

Contribute to annual operating plans (AOP), joint executional planning, and transformational initiatives.

Collect and share state and channel insights to inform broader planning processes.

Chains Collaboration Partner with teams on chain-level planning and execution, ensuring alignment between chain and non-chain strategies.
