About the Role

n-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time). This local, in‑home field role requires daily travel to customer residences – not Remote. Pay Rate: $23.00 hourly plus mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and sales commission.

We’re looking for In‑Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone starting their career, who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

• Serve:
  Meet customers at their homes or offices, provide exceptional customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Solve:
  Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, explain solutions clearly, and ensure they leave with a resolution that works.
• Sell:
  Leverage Asurion’s product range to offer tailored solutions, listen actively to identify needs, and position products to meet those needs.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan) and a personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Capacity to travel up to 120 miles one‑way, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Personal cellphone to stay responsive while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills.
• Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi‑weekly.
• Earned pay (commission) uncapped and paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines paid weekly.
• 35‑dollar phone stipend paid monthly.
• 3‑week paid training program.
