Bob Johnson Used Car Center is looking to add a high-performing Sales Consultant to our team. This is a unique opportunity to sell in one of the most dynamic automotive campuses in the region.
Located alongside our Kia, Nissan, Volkswagen, Infiniti, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, and MINI stores, our sales team has the ability to sell any new or used vehicle on the property. Between our rooftop inventory and access to over 1,500 used vehicles across the greater Bob Johnson Auto Group, the opportunity here is unmatched.
This location includes the highest-volume Kia, Nissan and Volkswagen stores in Rochester, with rapidly growing new car sales driving a steady flow of fresh trades. That means consistent inventory, strong pricing positions, and real opportunity for sales professionals who know how to convert.
This role is best suited for someone who already understands how to generate their own business, especially through social media, while maximizing dealership traffic. You should be confident assessing customer needs, building value, and closing deals while delivering an experience that keeps customers coming back.
We currently have multiple team members averaging over 20 units per month and are looking to add another high-level performer who wants to operate at that level within a strong, supportive environment.
