The salary range for this role, based in Los Angeles, is $ to $. The range may vary if the role is outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary The Senior Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving growth and market share across an assigned territory or channel. This position partners closely with distributor teams to execute strategic plans, optimize performance, and deliver against financial and operational goals. You’ll combine data-driven insights with collaborative leadership to influence outcomes, strengthen relationships, and unlock new business opportunities. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on state-level planning, pricing execution, and overall business performance.

What you’ll do Drive distributor execution and market growth

Lead and inspire distributor partners to execute brand and portfolio strategies, driving topline growth and market share within your territory or channel

Align distributor teams to strategic priorities across the full portfolio, ensuring consistent execution and performance against defined goals

Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors, building strong relationships and collaborating across field marketing and key commercial partners

Leverage data dashboards and tools to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and guide decision-making

Deliver financial performance, planning, and operations

Lead demand forecasting, pricing execution, and state-level financial performance, including profit and loss (P&L) accountability and budget management
