Location: City of Rochester
Renewal by Andersen in Rochester, NY is seeking Call Center Sales Agents for an in-office role converting inbound and outbound calls into qualified appointments. You’ll follow scripts, enter details into the appointment setting tool, and participate in team trainings at the National Inside Sales Center.
The two-week training occurs in Rochester, with ongoing mentoring. Work Mon-Fri 10:30 AM–6:30 PM (1 hour lunch) and Saturday 9 AM–2 PM.
