Our client is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of customers while driving sales, strengthening relationships, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
This position is on site and located in Rochester, NY. This is a Direct Hire role with a pay range of $75-95K! Bonus eligible as well.
What You'll Do- Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships through exceptional customer care.
- Drive sales growth by promoting products, identifying new opportunities, and upselling existing accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, secure contracts, and manage account performance.
- Proactively solve customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
- 3+ years of successful sales experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Salesforce experience is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business (REQUIRED)
