Outside Sales Representative – Full‑time. Salary range: $60,000 – $150,000 per year.

On the road across CT, NY, OH, PA (CT – Hartford, CT – New Hartford, NY – Albany, NY – Binghamton, NY – Buffalo, NY – Jamestown, NY – Rochester, NY – Syracuse, NY – Utica, NY – White Plains, OH – Cleveland, OH – Columbus, OH – Youngstown, PA – Allentown, PA – Erie, PA – Midland, PA – Pittsburgh).

• Conduct in‑home consultations with warm leads.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract close.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer records, and manage communication.
• Create and present detailed project estimates and contracts.
• Educate customers on our services and how we compare to competitors.
• Apply strong relationship management, negotiation, and customer service skills to drive sales.
• Partner with the production team to ensure smooth project transition.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Previous experience in sales (inside, outside, B2C) is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter who can manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable using CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a growth mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for appointments.
