We’re growing! Our established Insurance & Financial Services Agency in Rochester, NY is looking for an Experienced Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to join our team. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for someone who is dependable, detail‑oriented, and passionate about helping others.

• Assisting clients with Policy Changes, Billing, Claims, and policy questions.
• Supporting the office sales goals by identifying sales opportunities and pivoting them from service transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering top‑tier service.
• Supporting our Sales Focused Team Members and Agency Operations.
