Rochester Americans is seeking a Ticket Sales Associate to launch a career in sports sales, serving a large roster of Season Ticket Members. You will complete a formal training program and learn the revenue pillars central to our team’s success.
Responsibilities include generating revenue through season tickets, partial plans, and group sales, handling inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining records in the CRM and Ticketmaster Archtics. Flexibility for game days and events is required.
