The salary range for this role, based in Seattle is $ to $. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly strategic Field Marketing Manager to drive market‑level activation excellence, commercial alignment, and insights‑led growth across assigned geographies. In this role, you will develop and execute state‑level marketing strategies, optimize A&P investment, and collaborate closely with Sales, Distributor partners, Brand, and Commercial teams. You will shape local market execution, champion commercial priorities, and serve as the voice of the market to ensure programs land with maximum impact.

What you’ll do Market Strategy, Planning, & Activation Lead state‑level marketing strategy, annual planning, and activation across designated markets to support sales and distributor partners.
