Inside Sales Support Representative

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Support professional to assist our sales team with day-to-day activities and provide excellent customer service. This position will work closely with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure orders, inquiries, and sales-related tasks are handled accurately and efficiently.

General

Job Description:

• Collaboratively works with sales and operations to ensure delivery of unsurpassed customer service.
• Assist senior sales representatives to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
• Research, procure and negotiate product availability and pricing
• Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery
• Identify trends in customer purchasing to assist in targeted sales development and marketing collateral
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, identify additional opportunities and resolve any issues
• Capture accurate and complete information and maintain record in PICS’ Customer Relationship Management system
• Communicate order changes and issues to sales support department
• Provide coverage for senior sales reps when necessary, which includes following up on email, quoting customers and customer service related functions
• Other duties as needed assigned by management

Skills:

• Highly proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
• Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customers
