Imperio Global is looking for a Business Intern to join our Management Training Program in Rochester. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn business, sales, and leadership fundamentals while working directly on live campaigns for Fortune 100 clients, both in retail settings and at outdoor events.

This internship is the entry point into our Management Training Program. Over 8-12 months, interns who show consistent performance progress from learning the fundamentals to independently running their own projects, with uncapped earning potential as they take on more responsibility.

• Face-to-face sales and marketing at events in retail locations
• Client relationship management for Fortune 100 partners
• Campaign and event operations
• Team leadership and coaching fundamentals
• Core business and sales strategy

• Represent clients at events, promotions, and retail activations
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Learn and apply proven sales and communication techniques
• Take on increasing project ownership as you progress through the program
• Work closely with an experienced team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Full-time availability preferred; students are welcome if able to commit to a minimum of 3 full business days per week
• Available Monday-Friday, 9am–6pm (weekends not included toward the minimum)
• Comfortable working at events in a variety of conditions
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to take on real responsibility
• Strong communicator with a professional, driven attitude
• No prior business or sales experience required, we train from the ground up
