Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: City of Rochester

We are actively looking to add an experienced sales professional to our Total Joint Reconstruction team in Rochester.

This opportunity is best suited for someone with a demonstrated history of sales success, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Prior orthopedic or medical device sales experience is strongly preferred, particularly within joint reconstruction.

You’ll work closely with surgeons, hospital teams, and experienced sales representatives to support total joint procedures, grow existing business, and identify opportunities within the territory.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and key hospital stakeholders
  • Support total joint reconstruction procedures, including case preparation, product and instrumentation support, and in-room execution
  • Manage and grow business within assigned accounts and territory
  • Identify new sales opportunities and help expand utilization across existing and prospective customers
  • Coordinate case logistics to ensure implants, instruments, and equipment are prepared and available when needed

Partner closely with internal operations, customer service, and sales leadership to execute at a high level
  • Maintain strong clinical and product knowledge and serve as a trusted resource to customers
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings a proven sales mindset and knows how to build trust, create opportunities, and deliver results.

You’re someone who:

  • Has a successful track record in sales and can speak clearly to your results
  • Builds strong, credible relationships with customers and key decision-makers
  • Is competitive, self-directed, and motivated by growth
  • Takes ownership and operates with urgency
  • Is comfortable navigating complex accounts and multiple priorities
  • Communicates effectively and remains composed in high-pressure environments
  • Understands that long-term success comes from both strong selling and exceptional customer support
What Is Required
  • Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and territory management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in hospital and OR environments
  • Flexibility to support cases and customer needs outside of traditional business hours as required
Preferred Experience
  • Orthopedic sales
  • Surgical or clinical selling environments
Final Note

We’re being intentional with this hire. We’re looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to sell, build a book of business, and earn customer trust — and who is ready to bring that experience into a high-performing Total Joint Reconstruction team.
