Global Medical Reviewer

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Global Medical Reviewer for a long‑term engagement with one of our Global Med Tech clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. The Global Medical Reviewer will serve as the Medical Affairs reviewer for promotional and non‑promotional materials, ensuring that communications are scientifically accurate, evidence‑based, medically appropriate, and compliant with applicable regulations, approved labeling, and company policies.

This role works closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams to provide medical review and scientific guidance for a broad range of commercial and educational materials supporting our clients portfolio of energy‑based aesthetic technologies.

• Serve as the Medical Affairs reviewer within PRC/MLR review processes.
• Review promotional, educational, scientific, and training materials for medical and scientific accuracy.
• Ensure claims are appropriately supported by clinical evidence, published literature, approved labeling, and regulatory clearances.
• Evaluate materials for balance, appropriate risk communication, and consistency with company standards.
• Participate in review meetings and provide medical feedback regarding scientific claims and messaging.
• Review materials intended for healthcare professionals, consumers, sales representatives, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support review activities across multiple global regions, including the United States, Canada, EMEA, and LATAM.

• Provide scientific interpretation of clinical data and published literature.
• Support development and refinement of evidence‑based claims and scientific messaging.
• Assist internal stakeholders with scientific and medical questions related to promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency of scientific communication across products and regions.

• Review materials within Veeva Promo Mats and associated review platforms.
• Document review comments and approval decisions in accordance with company procedures.
• Support inspection and audit readiness activities as required.
