** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific policies, front desk procedures, and security-related protocols at an aerospace and defense location.

+ Monitor lobby activity, manage visitor check-in and badge access procedures, and verify credentials for authorized entry in accordance with location requirements.

+ Answer phones, greet incoming guests, direct arrivals to the appropriate contacts, and maintain accurate visitor, delivery, and incident logs.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.

+ Support access control operations by observing entry points, reporting suspicious or unauthorized activity, and helping to deter disruptions at the front desk area.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
