Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Communications

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by coordinating site-specific procedures, monitoring communications, and supporting security-related response activities as appropriate.;
Dispatch officers and/or resources to incidents, service requests, and priority situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining clear radio, phone, and digital communications.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, access activity, and other site systems to help identify unusual activity and support timely reporting, documentation, and escalation based on location protocols.;
Maintain detailed logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors, client contacts, and on-site staff as needed.;
Support day-to-day operations at a technology-focused location by tracking calls for service, prioritizing requests, and helping coordinate responses to after-hours issues, visitor concerns, and other security-related matters.
