Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and report discrepancies or policy violations according to site protocols;
Support access control, incident reporting, and emergency-related directions while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail in a dynamic location
