Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity according to site-specific procedures;
Document patrols and incidents in reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
