Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the commercial property, including common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas.;
Observe and report unusual activity, property conditions, maintenance concerns, and potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.;
Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
