Lead Carpenter; Farmington, NY; Rochester, NY

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30–$35 per hour
Location: Farmington, NY, Rochester, NY

• Lead and perform installation of commercial construction specialty products (lockers, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, trash chutes, and signage)
• Supervise and direct small field crews on active job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project documents
• Coordinate daily work with Project Managers and General Contractors
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Enforce OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
• Communicate with customers, superintendents, and internal teams

• 3+ years of commercial construction or specialty installation experience
• Experience leading a crew, foreman experience, or lead installer experience
• Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety standards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
