What Youll Do Field Service Operations Lead field repairs and testing ensuring all work meets ASME Code and NBIC standards Handle rigging scaffolding welding and more as needed

Tool & Equipment Management Identify and maintain the tools and equipment needed for operations Suggest improvements for safety and efficiency

Valve Repair & Maintenance Disassemble clean and repair valves documenting the entire process with photos and detailed reports Perform cause analysis and determine the best repair approach

Safety & Organization Maintain a clean organized work environment following 5S principles and safety regulations

Documentation Accurately complete all required reports from work orders to safety checks in real time

What Were Looking For Experience Mechanical related degree or equivalent hands on experience with a strong mechanical aptitude

Travel Ability to frequently travel to client sites including up to 50 overnight travel Flexibility Ability to work off hours weekends and overtime when needed

Team Player Collaborative positive attitude and strong communication skills

Tech Savvy Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and other business applications

Physical Stamina Ability to lift up to 50 lbs operate warehouse equipment and work in physically demanding conditions
