WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR HELPER ELECTRICIAN:- Start each day with safety checks and follow procedures to ensure a secure work environment
- Assist with installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems and devices
- Learn to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Operate tools and equipment, including lifts, carts, and ladders, to complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate clearly with your team through conversations, reports, and electronic updates
- Support the overall safety and functionality of facilities while learning from experienced electricians

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience is a MUST (training or schooling will NOT be provided)
- Experience with basic knowledge of electrical trade methods, materials, tools, safety practices, and equipment
- Possession of a valid Class C New York State driver's license
- Education equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade; trade school courses preferred
Knowledge of electrical principles and their application to the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and devices - Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, safety practices, and equipment used in the electrical trade
- Knowledge of safety factors in the operation of equipment and materials
- Knowledge of applicable safety codes, ordinances, and regulations
- Ability to read and work from blueprints, technical manuals, charts, and schematics
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports on completed assignments
- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of equipment and tools
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to observe safety requirements and safe work practices and methods
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative work relationships
