Location: City of Rochester

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician , you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within this organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay Range: $35-$37/hr.

What's the Job?
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and facilities.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
  • Travel between various facilities to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
  • Maintain responsibility for preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contracted services.
  • Monitor HVAC systems, perform inspections, calibrate equipment, and replace parts to ensure optimal performance.
What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
