- MUST HAVE experience leading and managing field crews on commercial solar construction projects
- Read and interpret construction drawings and electrical schematics
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules
- Ensure compliance with NEC, safety standards, and project specifications
- Perform quality checks and resolve issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and provide technical guidance
- Maintain daily communication with project leadership
- Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years leading crews in commercial electrical construction
- Solar construction experience preferred
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong NEC knowledge
- Ability to travel extensively
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
