• Basic knowledge of mobile technology and data devices for communication
• Strong communication skills
• Comprehensive understanding of electronic security systems

• Mechanical hands-on ability/experience working with hand and power tools is a plus

You spend your day installing and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems, ensuring each system runs perfectly before leaving the site. You train customers on how to use their new systems, provide clear answers to their questions, and document your work for proper monitoring and billing. From independent site visits to collaborative troubleshooting, you apply both your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to keep every client secure.
