* Responsible for performing service, repair, and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of HVAC systems throughout the hospital campus. Ensures all heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration equipment operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards. Supports reliable building operations and optimal patient care environments by responding to work orders, troubleshooting system issues, and completing thorough documentation of all maintenance activities

** Salary Range:*
* $28.25 $ 37.33n hour

High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience

Experience:

1-5 years' preferred experience (preventive maintenance, inspection and repairs of            equipment, facilities and systems)

License/Certification

Required:

Preferred Valid New York State driver's license & refrigeration certification Type I and Type II.

Skills:

Mechanically skilled in all trades.  Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and customer service focus. Good troubleshooting skills a plus.
