Concrete Coatings Installer Epoxy and Resinous floors

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Concrete Coatings Installer specializing in Epoxy and Resinous floors. Based in the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area, the role involves the preparation and installation of concrete coatings with precision and efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include surface preparation (cleaning, grinding, and patching), application of epoxy and resinous coatings, and ensuring quality and durability of the finished product.

The role may also involve working with a team, operating tools and equipment for concrete-related tasks, and adhering to safety standards.

• Experience with Formwork and Flatwork techniques, and knowledge of Ready Mix Concrete usage
• Proficiency in working with Heavy Equipment related to concrete installation
• Basic Carpentry skills beneficial for supporting concrete installation and coating processes
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Proven ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools in the industry
