Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job DescriptionAs an HVAC technician with our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems across our facilities. Your role ensures that all facility and building systems meet applicable standards.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and monitoring repairs to facility systems.
- Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Clean, inspect, calibrate, and change parts to maintain HVAC systems.
- Record readings and make necessary adjustments for equipment operation.
- Comply with safety policies for hazardous materials and maintain a safe workplace.
- Conduct periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory.
- Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC and building repairs.
- Universal EPA certification.
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance.
- Experience in building maintenance and boiler systems.
- Employees are provided with essential tools.
- Enjoy the convenience of driving a company van to work sites.
- The role offers a pay range of $28-37 per hour with shifts scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.
This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr.
