Rochester Regional Health - 89 Genesee Street - Responsibilities:
Perform minor HVACR tasks such as space environmental condition adjustments, HVACR system monitoring, mechanical rounds, preventive maintenance tasks and other minor adjustments/repairs to HVACR systems as directed;
Assist HVACR senior or other staff with more complex tasks such as air system balancing, DDC system adjustments, repairs and upgrades to motors, fan, pump, speed drives, pneumatics, closed loop systems and other installations and troubleshooting tasks as needed;
Utilize HVAC and electrical tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve minor HVACR problems;
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance for non-essential HVACR equipment/systems as assigned;
Document all work performed and communicate with customers and staff about maintenance and project work
